What ages does Lincoln Pediatrics see?

We care for newborns, children, teenagers, and young adults.

Can my child be seen for a same-day sick visit?

Yes. Same-day sick visits and walk-ins are available. s’s visit. Learn about same-day care.

How should I provide documents to the clinic?

Do not email medical, insurance, or completed patient-form documents. New families can upload requested items through the secure registration form. Established patients should use the patient portal or call the office for approved instructions. If you are registering as a legal guardian, a court order or adoption document is required.

Do I need an appointment before registering?

No. You may request a new appointment, tell us that an office appointment is already scheduled, or continue registration without choosing an appointment.

When is telehealth available?

Telehealth is available after 5:00 PM and on weekends. Call (704) 735-1441 to speak with a provider.

Can I register more than one child?

Yes. The new-patient registration request can include up to four children in one family group. If you request an appointment for the group, the children are scheduled together in one family time block when availability allows.

Which insurance plans are accepted?

We accept all Medicaid plans, including UnitedHealthcare Medicaid. We also participate with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and other major commercial plans, except commercial UnitedHealthcare. Please call the office to confirm your specific commercial plan.

How do established patients contact the clinic?

Use the patient portal, call (704) 735-1441, or text (704) 666-9008. Text messages are reviewed during regular business hours.
