Plan a smooth arrival
Lincoln Pediatrics is located at 113 Doctors Park, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
- Arrive early enough to complete any remaining front-desk steps.
- Have your insurance card and contact information available.
- Tell the front desk if your phone number, address, guardianship, or insurance changed.
- For more than one child, bring the applicable information for each child.
A first visit may include:
- Check in with the front desk.
- The team reviews registration, insurance, and any requested documents.
- A clinical team member helps prepare your child for the visit.
- An LPC provider meets with your family for the visit.
