Getting started
Joining LPC is simple
Complete one secure registration for up to four children. Scheduling a new appointment through the form is optional.

Complete family and insurance details
Enter contact information, each child’s details, and insurance information or a card image.
Step 3
Tell us about the appointment
Choose a new appointment, indicate that one is already scheduled, or continue without selecting an appointment.

Know what to expect
The final screen clearly reflects the appointment option you selected.
If you choose an appointment
Your assigned date and exact time appear immediately on the confirmation page. You may choose a different available time before submitting.
Newborn appointments may use the earliest available day. New-patient well visits are not offered for the same day or the next day.
Available registration appointments are offered between 10:00–11:30 AM and 2:00–3:30 PM.
If you already have an appointment
Your existing office appointment remains unchanged. You may also complete registration without requesting an appointment.
Registering siblings together
Include up to four children in one registration. When you request an appointment, the children are scheduled together in one shared one-hour family block when availability allows.
Keep your confirmation
No confirmation email will be sent. No confirmation number is issued. You may print or save the confirmation page and contact the office if anything needs to change. To change or cancel an appointment, call the office; you may also use the clinic’s text-only number.
Insurance
Coverage information
We accept all Medicaid plans, including UnitedHealthcare Medicaid.
We participate with many major commercial plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna. We do not accept commercial UnitedHealthcare plans.
Commercial benefits can vary by employer and policy. Please call the office so we can help confirm your specific plan.

We welcome newborns and are ready to help families begin pediatric care after delivery. Contact our office so we can help with the first visit.
Expecting Parent Consultation
Expecting parents may request a consultation with Lincoln Pediatrics before their baby arrives. Our team will call to arrange it.
